At Safavieh Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original manufacturer packaging with all included documentation and accessories to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
